Objectives of the Master of Continuing Education in Fashion and Luxury Marketing and Communication Management

You will gain a holistic view and acquire knowledge of the fashion and luxury fashion sector, to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies and be able to apply them to the company and to emerging projects. You will be able to guide and drive the transition to digitalization and innovation in the company, throughout the value chain and in marketing and communication projects.

You will develop the ability to design a marketing and communication strategy for a fashion brand and build a visual and written narrative. You will be able to use the most modern tools in both offline and online media to implement the strategy. You will manage the communication budget and monitor the results.

You will organize events related to the fashion or luxury brand, planning, budgeting, production and monitoring of results. You will monitor social media using web analytics tools.

You will improve your professional communication skills both in writing and in public and will use clear and well-founded arguments in fashion and fashion-luxury projects. You will be able to convincingly defend strategies for personal and team development.

El programa incluye una Estancia Internacional Curricular de 5 días de duración en el Istituto Marangoni de París donde podrás sumergirte en un curso especializado de Fashion Luxury Management, en un entorno internacional.

At the end of the Master's program, you will present the Master's thesis (TFM), which consists of a group work, with tutorials and a final presentation before an examining board.

PRACTICAL PART

REALIZATION OF A FASHION MAGAZINE COVER
The activity consists of the production of a fashion magazine cover with the participation of professional models, designer dresses, styling, photography, lighting and post-production in a professional fashion photography studio. At the beginning, a class on Visual Languages of Fashion: Photography is given.

PRODUCTION OF AN AVATAR
The activity consists of a lecture on virtual fashion, the latest trends and technologies, the metaverse and the production of an avatar to some students of the master for their interaction in the metaverse.

COUTURE WORKSHOP
The activity consists of a class on virtual fashion, the latest trends and technologies, the metaverse and the production of an avatar to some students of the master for their interaction in the metaverse.

FABRICS AND MATERIALS WORKSHOP
The activity consists of visualizing, touching and contrasting different fabrics and textile materials that will be available in the classroom. A class on fabric typologies, textures and techniques will be given. Sustainable fabrics, organic fabrics, synthetics, etc. will be discussed. Craft and technological processes, traceability and transparency.

STAYS ABROAD

As part of the MML at ESIC, you will be able to participate in a 5-day program at the Istituto Marangoni in Paris. During the stay, which will take place in the second semester, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a specialized Fashion and Luxury Communication Management course in an international environment. 

The 30-hour program focuses on strategic brand communication in the luxury sector. It is taught in English and includes face-to-face classes and external visits to ateliers and collections in Paris. The internships will be carried out on brands that students can visit at the flagships in Paris. At the end of the course, students receive a certificate from the Istituto Marangoni in Paris.

The Master in Fashion and Luxury Marketing and Communication Management in Madrid is taught at the ESIC Business & Marketing School campus.   1. If the program fits you, you proceed to apply. 
  2. You prepare the necessary documentation (such as university degree or certificates).
  3. You make a personal and professional rehearsal.
  4. You deliver all the documentation.

3 Interview

  1. Once the documentation is approved, you will be scheduled for an interview with the program director. 
  2. In this interview, you will be able to discuss specifics you want to know about the program, as well as any questions you may have. 

4 Enrollment

  1. After the interview, your consultant will contact you within 24-48 hours to notify you if you have been accepted into the program.
  2. Once you have been accepted, you have about 5 days to formalize your registration.
