WHY WITH ESIC?
ESIC Business School, with more than 60 years of experience, has been selected as a training entity in the Digital Generation Agents of Change initiative.
The initiative, led by the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (SEDIA) of the MAETD (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation) aims to train and mentor change agents to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to drive the digital transformation of the company.
Our institution has assumed the objective of training 350 unemployed people and 150 employees of SMEs in the region of Navarra.
ESIC puts all its experience, technical and human resources at the disposal of unemployed people and SME employees who enroll in the "Digital Generation Agents of Change" program.

For whom?
The program "GENERACIÓN DIGITAL AGENTES DEL CAMBIO PARA LA TRANSFORMACIÓN DE LA PYME" developed by ESIC benefits two groups in Navarra:
young people up to 35 years of age UNEMPLOYED
who are considering a change and requalification of their professional profile.
You will be able to reorient your professional career and increase your chances of finding a job as a Change Agent; Expand your network of contacts with profiles committed to driving the digital transformation of SMEs; Improve your professional resume.
young people up to 35 years of age employed by SMEs with 10-249 workers
who see an opportunity to accompany the digital transformation of their company as an agent of change, with the possibility of training up to 3 people from the same SME.
You will be able to accompany the company's management to reflect on where to direct the strategy, learn to analyze the business model and recognize the levers of change to activate to take it to the next level; you will support the management/company in defining strategies to communicate better in the digital world.

The Program combines the benefits of synchronous virtual and face-to-face training, with personalized mentoring sessions.
Equivalence: 15 ECTs, estimated total workload per participant: 375 h.

It lays the foundations of the program's conceptual framework and ends with a knowledge leveling questionnaire.
General competence: To know the requirements of the SME in the new digital reality and the benefits that digital transformation can bring for the correct integration in an SME.

Methodology
The purpose of the Program is to prepare each participant to develop and implement the Digital Transformation Plan for his or her company.
- 1 // Training sessions, participant's work outside the classroom and tutorials.
- 2 // Challenge-based methodology for all editions of the Program following the ABR method : initial ideas, essential questions, challenge, activities, resources, solutions.
- 3 // During the program the faculty will present examples and references of how they apply the contents they teach to different productive sectors.
- 4 // The use of the program requires the students to work outside the classroom for the development of the project, and the reading and viewing of complementary materials.

MENTORING: WE HELP YOU DEVELOP YOUR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PLAN
Guidance and accompaniment tutorials for each participant by a mentor during the development of their company's Digital Transformation Plan.
As a general rule, Tutorials will always take place between blocks of training sessions and at least one Tutorial will be scheduled after each module.
The timetable of each Tutorial and its duration will be agreed between the Tutorial and the students of the working group for the realization of the PTD.
