WHY WITH ESIC?

ESIC Escuela de Negocios, con más de 60 años de experiencia, ha sido seleccionada como entidad formativa en la iniciativa "Programa Generación Digital para Directivos de PYMES y Autónomos".

La iniciativa, liderada por la Secretaria de Estado de Digitalización e Inteligencia Artificial (SEDIA) del MAETD (Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital) tiene como objetivo la formación y mentorización de los equipos directivos de las PYMES españolas y Autónomos para que puedan liderar la transformación digital de su empresa.

Nuestra institución ha asumido el objetivo de formar a más de 6.000 directivos de PYMES y Autónomos en la Comunidad Valenciana, Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla y la Comunidad de Madrid.

ESIC pone toda su experiencia, recursos técnicos y humanos a disposición de los perfiles directivos que se matriculen en el "Programa Generación Digital para Directivos de PYMES y Autónomos".

El Programa “GENERACIÓN DIGITAL PARA DIRECTIVOS DE PYMES Y AUTÓNOMOS" realizado por ESIC beneficia a personas que realicen funciones directivas en PYMES y a Autónomos, que quieran impulsar la transformación digital de su empresa  y situadas en las siguientes CC.AA: Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla, Comunidad de Madrid y Comunidad Valenciana. 

La financiación da acceso al programa hasta 2 personas con funciones directivas de la misma PYME.

PROGRAM DURATION

The Program combines the benefits of synchronous virtual and face-to-face training, with personalized mentoring sessions.
Equivalence: 15 ECTs, estimated total workload per participant: 375 h.

150 teaching hours

140 hours of training

40 classroom hours (Module 1 and Module 5) + 100 synchronous online hours (Modules 2, 3 and 4) + 4 hours MOOC Digital Generation.

10 hours of Mentoring

Personalized with a specialized consultant profile and flexible schedule.

Remaining hours until 15 ECTS are completed

Estimated hours of autonomous learning, case studies, project development and complementary activities.

PROGRAM MODULES

It lays the foundations of the program's conceptual framework and ends with a knowledge leveling questionnaire.

Understand the context in which businesses and professionals are moving due to digitalization and sustainability orientation, and how this impacts your company and the plan you have to address it.

Learn how to increase and retain your customers in this new context, attracting them and optimizing their experience with your company at all stages of their relationship with it.

Learn about the main technologies available to help your company better connect with its customers, automate processes, make better decisions and transform to build value.

Know how to manage your organization and people to expand the digital culture and implement agile ways of working and communicating that favor change.

To learn about the experiences of companies from different sectors that have addressed their transformation, sharing their lessons learned.

Guidance and support tutorials for each participant by a mentor during the development of the company's Digital Transformation Plan. The objective is to respond to the specific needs of each student and facilitate the implementation of the knowledge and skills acquired during the training program by applying them to the SME's Transformation Plan.

Methodology

The purpose of the Program is to prepare each participant to develop and implement the Digital Transformation Plan for his or her company.

  • 1 // Training sessions, participant's work outside the classroom and tutorials.
  • 2 // Challenge-based methodology for all editions of the Program following the ABR method : initial ideas, essential questions, challenge, activities, resources, solutions.
  • 3 // During the program the faculty will present examples and references of how they apply the contents they teach to different productive sectors.
  • 4 // The use of the program requires the students to work outside the classroom for the development of the project, and the reading and viewing of complementary materials.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF: PROFESSORS OF RENOWNED PRESTIGE

ESIC offers its faculty and mentors of recognized prestige and endorsed by accompanying managers in the digital transformation of their companies.

MENTORING: WE HELP YOU DEVELOP YOUR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PLAN

Guidance and accompaniment tutorials for each participant by a mentor during the development of their company's Digital Transformation Plan.

As a general rule, Tutorials will always take place between blocks of training sessions and at least one Tutorial will be scheduled after each module.

The timetable of each Tutorial and its duration will be agreed between the Tutorial and the students of the working group for the realization of the PTD.
