INTERNAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

The internal information system includes the channel for reporting violations (mailbox or channel for receiving information), the person in charge of the system, the policy and the procedure. The Internal Reporting System should preferably be used to channel information on compliance and as a preventive anti-corruption measure in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, 23, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, since diligent and effective action within the organization itself could paralyze the harmful consequences of the actions under investigation. However, once this preference has been declared, the whistleblower may choose the channel to follow, internal or external (from the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority, I.W.P.A.), depending on the circumstances and the risks of reprisals that he/she considers
