Internal Quality Assurance System

Quality Policy

At ESIC, we understand quality as a strategic and cross-cutting commitment that drives our mission as a Higher Education Institution specializing in Management, Marketing, and Digital Skills, fostering the capacity for innovation, entrepreneurship, and transformative leadership.

Our Quality Policy aims to actively contribute to the transformation of individuals, educating them in knowledge, training them in skills, and raising their awareness of values throughout their professional careers, in a learning community adapted to the demands of each era.

Within this framework, ESIC undertakes to:

  • Ensuring comprehensive, high-quality education focused on the personal, professional, and ethical development of our students, aligned with the real demands of society and the business environment.
  • Consolidate and continuously improve our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, and academic requirements, both nationally and internationally.
  • Promote educational innovation by encouraging active methodologies, digitization, artificial intelligence, and the strategic use of technology as levers for pedagogical transformation.
  • Encourage the active participation of the entire university community and our stakeholders—students, faculty, alumni, employers, and partners—as a fundamental pillar of a shared culture of quality.
  • Promote internationalization and employability by developing global strategic alliances and ensuring that our programs prepare professionals capable of functioning in multicultural and changing environments.
  • Incorporate the external professional experience of faculty as added value, strengthening the connection between teaching, business practice, and knowledge transfer.
  • Advance transparency, ensuring clear, timely, and relevant communication with all our stakeholders and society in general about institutional results, processes, and progress.
  • Develop a sustainable quality policy, consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and with the institutional values that inspire our actions.

Quality in Teaching

Faculty evaluation is one of the key processes in the quality of teaching offered by an educational institution. ESIC, in its culture of continuous improvement, has developed since its inception a faculty evaluation process based on satisfaction surveys of teaching activity along with the assessments of the Academic Management itself.

This process has been and continues to be one of the pillars of the levels of quality in education set out in ESIC's Mission and Values.

With the arrival of the new regulation of the European Educational Framework, ESIC has given even greater impetus to the teaching activity evaluation processes.

The teaching evaluation designed under the Reference Framework of the Docentia Model provides an even more detailed and regulated model that will give greater solidity over time, both in terms of maintaining the desired levels of quality in the teaching activity of the degrees, as well as in the professional development of teachers within their activity at the Institution.
