MASTER'S ACADEMIC PROGRAM 

El programa académico se compone de cuatro módulos de aprendizaje y un proyecto final grupal. Todo ello con una enfoque muy práctico y cercano a la realidad empresarial. 

Este módulo te ayudará a desarrollar las habilidades y técnicas necesarias para liderar equipos, comunicar, gestionar conflictos y proporcionar feedback de manera eficaz y ética. 

Las asignaturas incluidas en este módulo son las siguientes.

  • Marca personal y gestión de la carrera profesional
  • Liderazgo, pensamiento crítico y comunicación

Este módulo te ayudará a comprender los diferentes tipos de entorno en los que operan las organizaciones empresariales y cómo este puede influir en la consecución de sus objetivos.

Las asignaturas incluidas en este módulo son las siguientes.

  • Modelos económicos

En este módulo aprenderás a desarrollar e implementar estrategias financieras efectivas para alcanzar los objetivos de una organización. La temática se centra en la estrategia empresaria desde sus múltiples dimensiones dentro del marco definido por los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible

Las asignaturas incluidas en este módulo son las siguientes.

  • Estrategia y cultura organizativa
  • Innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Sostenibilidad y ética empresarial

El módulo te enseña a implementar las decisiones estratégicas a través de la toma de decisiones operativas con una visión tanto vertical a nivel de las áreas funcionales de la empresa, como transversal para lograr una adecuada coordinación de estas para el logro de los objetivos estratégicos.

Las asignaturas incluidas en este módulo son las siguientes.

  • Finanzas para la toma de decisiones
  • Marketing Management 
  • Gestión de proyectos 
  • Transformación digital y analítica de datos

El proyecto consiste en desarrollar de manera individual un plan de negocio transversal a todas las competencias desarrolladas. Este será defendido en un tribunal que valorará tanto el contenido como la forma.

PRACTICAL PART

El programa cuenta con talleres de nivelación, que son contenidos formativos previos a la impartición de las asignaturas específicas, con el objetivo de nivelar los conocimientos y habilidades de los alumnos:

  • Introducción a las finanzas y contabilidad (3 ECTS)
  • Introducción a la dirección y gestión de empresas (3 ECTS)

SPSS para estadística. Además, Se utilizan simuladores empresariales que replica un entorno de competencia empresaria de cara a que los candidatos puedan tomar decisiones estratégicas y comprobar sus resultados y herramientas de utilidad para el diseño estratégico.

ESIC's Professional Development Unit is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to boosting your professional career, whether you are studying in the classroom or as an Alumni. Como estudiante de MIM, tendrás la posibilidad de realizar diversas Estancias Internacionales Curriculares en universidades acreditadas por AMBA, logrando con ello reforzar la experiencia internacional del programa MIM.

Durante esta experiencia internacional, recibirás ciclos formativos específicos adaptados a la temática del programa y acordes los eventos internacionales más relevantes del momento. Así mismo tendrás la oportunidad de formarte junto a estudiantes de la universidad de destino en un entorno multinacional y multicultural.

ADMISSION PROCESS

We accompany you throughout the whole process, guiding and advising you to choose the best option for your professional career. These are the steps to follow:

1 Application

  1. Request information through our form.
  2. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 hours. 
  3. You will have a first contact call and a consultancy will be convened for questions and doubts. 
  4. You have a second call where all your doubts are solved and you are guided in everything you need.

2 Test

  1. If the program fits you, you proceed to apply. 
  2. You prepare the necessary documentation (such as university degree or certificates).
  3. You make a personal and professional rehearsal.
  4. You deliver all the documentation.

3 Interview

  1. Once the documentation is approved, you will be scheduled for an interview with the program director. 
  2. In this interview, you will be able to discuss specifics you want to know about the program, as well as any questions you may have. 

4 Enrollment

  1. After the interview, your consultant will contact you within 24-48 hours to notify you if you have been accepted into the program.
  2. Once you have been accepted, you have about 5 days to formalize your registration.
  3. As soon as the registration is completed, you will be given all your access (virtual classroom, e-mail...).
  4. Of course, our last step is always to congratulate you and wish you to make the most of your training.

Yes, there is a compulsory attendance percentage in the face-to-face Masters. However, you may have a small percentage of unexcused absences.

As regulated by Royal Decree 822/2021, of September 28, which establishes the organization of university education and the procedure for quality assurance, at ESIC we offer you various programs including MBAs, Master's Degrees and Master's Degrees in Lifelong Learning backed by the prestige of our university: ESIC University.

In this way, you will be able to choose between:

  • University Masters, with which you will obtain an official degree from ESIC University.
  • Lifelong Learning Masters, with which you can obtain a degree issued by ESIC University.
