PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION OF DISCRIMINATION, VIOLENCE OR HARASSMENT

The institutions that make up ESIC, in accordance with their values and ethical commitments, do not tolerate situations of discrimination, violence or harassment in their sphere of action. In the educational field in general, the Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education establishes, as one of its principles, education for coexistence, respect, conflict prevention and peaceful resolution of conflicts, as well as for non-violence in all areas of personal, family and social life, and especially in bullying in the educational environment and cyberbullying in order to help students to recognize all forms of mistreatment, sexual abuse, violence or discrimination and react to it. Thus, it is necessary that the educational project of each Center contemplates its own Rules of Coexistence, which will be mandatory for all members of the educational community, both with respect to their individual and collective actions.
