WORKSHOPS

The consultant specialized in the content of the SMP will prepare two sessions with the following objectives:

  • Put into practice what has been worked on in the training sessions.
  • Work cases to identify opportunities and solutions oriented to the program's thematic.
  • Develop with the consultant, the cases through working groups of no more than 5 people per team.
  • To share, with the consultant's dynamization, the conclusions of the case, in order to arrive at the best opportunities and solutions identified collectively.

Co Learning Solutions

  • The participants begin a session by having lunch together and will continue with the purpose of strengthening the networking among them, highlighting the most relevant aspects of the program and areas for improvement.
  • To conclude the program, participants in groups will bring to the session opportunities and solutions in sustainability from any sector, organization or company that they have collected during the program, so that together with the director they can work together and learn from the initiatives presented by the groups.
  • The objective of the session is to share the initiatives proposed by each group (which has worked in one sector of activity) by creating new multisectoral working groups.

TRANSFORMATIVE LEARNING BY ESIC

The Senior Management Program Tech & Digital Business in Madrid is taught on the campus of ESIC Business & Marketing School.
