Los impactos económicos de la pandemia mundial, junto con la creciente automatización y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías, cambian la forma en la que trabajamos y cómo nos conectamos profesionalmente, además de requerir nuevos conocimientos y aprendizaje continuo. Para afrontar este cambio, también necesitamos nuevas competencias: pensamiento crítico, resolución de problemas, aprendizaje activo, resiliencia, flexibilidad, etc.
A medida que la naturaleza del trabajo evoluciona, tanto empleados como emprendedores deberemos adaptar nuestra combinación de conocimientos y habilidades para aceptar nuevos desafíos y mantenernos relevantes. En esta jornada se debatirán todas estas cuestiones de la mano de profesionales de capital humano, tecnología y el ámbito educativo.
