Objectives of the Higher Program in Sales Management

To provide attendees with a global vision of sales management, working on the different business strategies that affect the area, incorporating the characteristics of new consumers and business models.

To train the attendees in the diagnosis, creation and development of efficient sales teams according to the markets and the evolution of the current company.

To sensitize attendees to the integration of digital tools and channels in business strategies and processes.

To work with the attendees on the different techniques and tools that will allow them to develop a comprehensive sales plan in accordance with business objectives and strategies.

Manage the key elements of the sales function that materialize in the company's income statement.

ACADEMIC PROGRAM 

A program created for sales managers to obtain strategic and managerial competencies in order to become leaders of their teams within an agile and flexible organization of commercial structures. Including digital, strategic and operational competencies that enable customer management through loyalty and value creation.

Key strategic concepts of the sales function. Establish the necessary and evident relationships of sales with marketing and with the rest of the functional areas of the company.

Know how to integrate new digital channels into prospecting and recruitment strategies, convert data into valuable information and analyze metrics and control systems for proper decision making.

Work with financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) and understand the impact of business decisions on the profitability of operations and the company as a whole.

Develop the key and specific aspects of managing sales teams from an effective HR management perspective.

Present the methodology for sales forecasting and for determining and assigning objectives and quotas to each of the team members.

Analyze the different sales systems and channels at the service of sales management, the different sales organization models and the methodologies for their correct sizing according to the most relevant aspects of customer management in an omnichannel context with value creation criteria.

Work on tools for customer identification, classification and management, developing portfolio analysis models that facilitate more effective commercial action and efficiency in the focus of customer development, loyalty and disengagement actions.

Work on the skills that are present in the day-to-day work of a sales management, with a double internal-external customer focus.

Develop and work on the structure of the sales plan as a fundamental element of planning, monitoring and control of the commercial activity.
