Entrepreneurs Workshop: Creativity: indispensable condition and process in entrepreneurship

On November 12th we organized under the Lifelong Learning training offer of ESIC Emprendedores, within the Professional Development Unit, an interesting Entrepreneurship Workshop with creativity as the main theme.

With the title: "Creativity: indispensable condition and process in entrepreneurship" and by Adolfo Gonzalez, CREATIVE CONTENT & EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR at OMD Spain, a large group of students and alumni attended this three-hour workshop.

The session was based on agile methodologies that helped to awaken the creativity of all attendees, so that they see possible to convert failures in a creative way in progress when facing new ideas and keys to awaken the instinct, all focused on creativity oriented entrepreneurship. On the other hand, great importance was given to the entrepreneurial character, the entrepreneur is made or born, as well as the concept of motivation when making decisions in the entrepreneurial process was discussed.

To close the session, the speaker concluded with the concept of storytelling, since an entrepreneurial project, like any product, has a story behind it and it is necessary to create it, build it and know how to transmit it. This was the focus of the final practice of the session that put all attendees to work in groups through a very interesting group dynamics.
