MONCAYO PROGRAM: SCHOOL OF COMMAND, TRAINING AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT

Learn how to develop social and executive competencies to increase your efficiency and productivity and that of the teams under your charge.

The business world has always demanded continuous personal and professional development from people with responsibility for results, in order to respond to an increasingly complex reality. As opposed to technical and managerial or hard skills, soft skills are intra- and interpersonal behavioral competencies, which are needed to interact effectively with others, to lead, negotiate and reach agreements, to motivate and self-motivate, and, among other things, to be results-oriented.

The specialized course in Management School, training and talent development is a management development program in the area of people management skills and personal development, which aims to professionalize middle managers in the leadership and management of teams.
