Relánzate is an educational project that provides specific training to increase the employability of people at risk of social exclusion (women, young people, people over 50, prisoners, people with disabilities, etc.), who are unemployed and/or have precarious jobs.

In collaboration with different NGOs, the needs of each group are identified and adapted contents are designed to reinforce competencies that can facilitate their labor market insertion.

Volunteers from the ESIC Community (employees, faculty, students...) accompany them in class to complete ad-hoc courses that award an ESIC University certification in recognition of the sessions.


OBJECTIVES

 

To provide support for people in need of insertion or reinsertion in the labor market.

 

To enable the personal and professional development of vulnerable groups.

 

Disseminate the knowledge generated at ESIC through training content in various formats.

 

Increase volunteer participation in social projects.

 

Empower the project's beneficiary groups by providing them with a certificate of achievement of the training received.


TO WHOM IS IT ADDRESSED?

To people in vulnerable situations who need support to increase their chances of accessing the labor market or improve their professional development. We reach them through collaboration with different NGOs.

METHODOLOGY

The project is implemented through the collaboration of ESIC volunteers with third sector organizations that work in the integration of vulnerable groups, who are offered support in their self-learning process, taking advantage of the various training contents of ESIC.

The course material has been developed by ESIC (Available in ESIC Play, Rethink) and by #RelánzaT volunteers and can be consulted on this website.


WHY ESIC?

ESIC, in its aim to serve society, has launched the #RelánzaT Project to offer training support to people who need to improve their employability.

#RelánzaT is born because we are an educational institution with values of solidarity and a culture of social commitment oriented to education and the transformation of people. Within the framework of the 2030 Agenda, this initiative seeks to respond through actions linked to the:
