VIOLATION REPORTING CHANNEL / ETHICS CHANNEL
ESIC has an Internal Reporting System, separate for ESIC Business & Marketing SchoolESIC University, available to its stakeholders through a channel for receiving reports of non-compliance (ALERTS) as established in [Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combating corruption]. ALERTS may also be submitted regarding practices contrary to ESIC’s principles and values as set forth in its internal regulations, actions taken within ESIC, and any situations or events requiring the attention of the control and monitoring committees in this area. If you simply wish to make an INQUIRY, you may do so through this channel by selecting the appropriate option; ESIC staff also have access to Jira (Legal Solutions).
In addition to this internal ESIC channel, a report may be filed (simultaneously or alternatively) with the external channel of the [AIPI— Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers, A.A.I.] or with the institutions, bodies, or agencies of the European Union.
If you wish to submit documentation, you must first create the case—making sure to keep the reference number—and then go to “View Case” and upload files containing supporting evidence. Click here to access the tool’s user manual and the procedure for receiving and managing communications.
PRIVACY. ESIC Business & Marketing School and ESIC University, as data controllers, will address and handle your report through the internal channel for reporting violations. Data will be retained in accordance with the retention period established by Law 2/2023 of February 20 (three months). For this and the following purposes, you may object to the processing of your data, access it, rectify it, or have it deleted, as well as exercise other rights and obtain additional information as indicated in the following processing register.
