The Innovation Department, which reports to the Research and Innovation Area, works on three essential aspects: monitoring the annual innovation plan, the student's extracurricular experience and the promotion of activities linked to students who have been recognized as Excellent.
ANNUAL TEACHING INNOVATION PLAN
The objective of this plan is to develop an annual set of activities to improve the teaching skills of all ESIC University faculty. It includes training courses for faculty in teaching methodologies, use of new technologies and analysis of pedagogical and social trends of the generations of students who begin their academic career at ESIC University. This plan includes the invitation of international professors, as well as workshops and other types of activities to support the work of the faculty and the Academic Direction.
STUDENT EXPERIENCE
The Innovation Department develops all extracurricular activities that reinforce the students' commitment to their degree. This experience is developed through journeys that accompany the academic career of each ESIC University student. These include the strengthening of relationships and contact with companies, as well as a set of outdoors and meetings that occur throughout each academic year and the different degrees or masters. This function of the Innovation Department also includes the challenges, contests and university competitions that ESIC University attends annually at a national and international level.

The Innovation Department is responsible for the community of excellent students at ESIC University. Among its functions is the mission to create, consolidate and disseminate the community of students and alumni who have obtained the academic recognition and values offered by these awards for more than a decade.
