Our concern for the environment drives us to act to reduce our footprint on the planet at our Pozuelo campus. We also want to raise awareness among our entire community about the importance of implementing more sustainable habits in our daily lives. All of this is included in our Environmental Impact Policy.

ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING

Our concern and sensitivity for the environment is reflected in all our training programs, both through cross-cutting subjects and others of a specific nature.

We encourage the entire ESIC University Community to actively participate in the debate and social reflection on environmental concerns:

GREEN CAMPUS RECOMMENDATIONS

ESIC University offers students the opportunity to collaborate with our Green Campus Project by making a responsible use of water, energy and other resources on campus, as well as collaborating in the proper use of the facilities.

HOW TO COLLABORATE? We share some tips that we use at ESIC University to make a more responsible use of energy:

Make sure the lights are turned off when you leave the classroom.

After ventilating the space, close the windows to conserve heat or cold (depending on the time of year and temperature).

Use the stairs. This saves energy, facilitates access for people with reduced mobility and, in addition, keeps you in shape.

Take advantage of sunlight, rather than making unnecessary use of artificial light, whenever possible.

Separate and recycle your garbage. You have at your disposal containers for each type of material (paper and cardboard, plastic and cans, organic...). Remember that smoking is prohibited inside the ESIC University campus, including the entrances to the building.

Respect parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility.

Come to campus by public transportation or other means of sustainable mobility: bicycle, scooter, on foot... Whenever possible.

HELP US If you detect energy waste or waste of energy (broken cisterns or faucets, inadequate lighting...) or require assistance for any physical resource, you can notify the maintenance staff. Thank you for your cooperation: sostenibilidad@esic.edu
