At ESIC University we strive every day to build a more inclusive educational center, in which all people have equal opportunities both academically and in employment, promoting an equitable society without discrimination against any group.
DIVERSITY PROGRAM
OBJECTIVES
To pay attention to those people who need the necessary support to develop their skills and have equal access to training, the labor market and society.
Promote the normalization and enrichment of diversity both inside and outside the classroom, developing actions that help to raise awareness and sensitize about the advantages it represents for society as a whole.
ACTION
From the Diversity Attention Unit ESIC University manages the following measures for students who are part of the Diversity Program:

Methodological adaptations
Adaptation in the entrance exams
Awareness and training days
Procedures for welcoming and orienting new employees
Scholarships and grants
Accessibility (Physical, Technical and/or Operational)
Employability support for people of all groups
Labor orientation and intermediation actions (internship and professional career service).
Training and advice to ESIC University faculty and staff.
Individuals who are included in the Diversity Program may apply for any UAD assistance (whether physical, technical and/or academic).
