START PROCESS

In order to facilitate the admission process for you, we want to inform you in the best way possible with these steps.

The admission process consists of 5 steps to follow.

Once the candidate has provided the details of the degree in which he/she is interested, the Admissions team will contact him/her by email and/or telephone. The objective will be to coordinate a personalized consultation and thus get to know and evaluate the profile and know the expectations.

During the consultation, information regarding ESIC University and the academic structure is explained in detail, and any questions that may arise during the process are resolved.

The entire process is carried out virtually and the required documentation is as follows:

  • DNI/Passport
  • Photograph
  • High School Grades/Equivalent System
  • Legal Access to Spanish Universities*.
    • EvAU / Selectivity.
    • Certificate of Higher Vocational Training.
    • File Transfer.
    • Certificate of approval of the Access Test for those over 25 years of age.
    • Final UNED accreditation.
    • Homologation of the Final Foreign Baccalaureate.

*If you do not meet one of these requirements for access to a Spanish university, you can complete the admission process and, if you pass them, your admission will be conditional until you meet the established requirements.

The admission test is divided into THREE PHASES .

  • Motivation Letter: the objective of which is to determine the degree of motivation and reasons why future students wish to study the chosen Degree, as well as their future professional objectives.
  • Practical Case or Business Case: This test focuses mainly on the candidate's writing, reasoning and expression skills and not so much on knowledge or mastery of the subject.
  • English level: This will allow us to know the candidate's level of English. This test is not exclusive. Candidates who have an official English certificate will not need to take this language test.

After submitting the application and taking the admission tests, the process will be resolved within the next 72 hours / three working days. The admissions team will contact the candidate by phone to communicate the resolution of the admission process.

If the decision is favourable, the place must be reserved and the registration must be made within the specified period. If the reservation and registration are not made within the established period, the place cannot be guaranteed.

The amount for reserving a place will only be refunded if the student does not obtain their access route: PAU/Selectividad/Evau, UNED Accreditation, Homologation Credential or Higher Grade Vocational Training Certificate, or the corresponding access route to the university.

Once the candidate has made the payment corresponding to the reservation of a place and the registration fee, he/she will receive a personal link that will allow him/her to access the virtual campus. Through this link, the candidate will be able to apply for different scholarships (according to deadlines and requirements) as well as receive information of interest.

What documentation do I need to submit?

  • Letter of recommendation (optional)
  • Official English certificate (optional if you want to study in Spanish; mandatory if you want to study in English, except for those who have nationality of an English-speaking country)
  • Certificate of university access obtained

The admission process will preferably be carried out in person or, failing that, virtually for international students.
