He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He has also studied international studies at the Universiteit Utrecht and has postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management and Talent Development and in Sales and Marketing Management.
He has developed his professional career in multinational companies such as Procter&Gamble, Michael Page or Gympass. His experience as a headhunter and subsequent work as Director of Talent Attraction and European Employer Branding allowed him to explore in detail the universe of digital identity and its possibilities. He is an expert in talent in the digital ecosystem, change management, innovative methodologies and digital identity.
He combines his professional activity with his work as a lecturer and teacher at ESIC Business & Marketing School for more than 5 years, teaching subjects such as Talent Management in digital environments, Personal Branding and Employability, Agile Methodologies, People Analytics and Gamification, among others.
