About the author

José Luis Ferrero Navarro

Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia, Diploma in Management Development PDD by IESE, Master in Marketing and Sales Management GESCO by ESIC and Master in Digital Marketing by EUDE Business School.

In Spain he teaches E-Commerce at ESIC and Marketplaces at IE and also collaborates in some in-company programs at ISDI. Internationally, he is a regular visiting professor at UBI Business School (Belgium) and, previously, at other universities such as SISU, Shanghai International Studies University or the Panamerican Business School. He has collaborated with the publishing house Palgrave Macmillan as a reviewer of academic manuals in English on digitalization and global business.

José Luis has more than 25 years of experience in management positions in different companies, and has led several teams within the e-commerce sector. He currently leads the Commerce team at Publicis Groupe España. Previously he was Director of eCommerce at Philips, MarCom at Signify and Business at vdSHOP. He has been advisor in different organizations and speaker in several professional and academic meetings, such as the University of Bristol (UK) or the eShow (Spain).
